Was looking for new vanilla for the kitchen and bathroom, but was wanting to shop locally. I googled carpet shops near me and spring Bank came up.I rang them to give us a quote for both and Phil was most helpful. He came as arranged and I got the estimate the following day. He knew excactly what we were after.and I went to the shop and picked the stair carpet (we’d already chosen the vynil from the samples that Phil brought us.Anyway after choosing the stair carpet and agreeing the price we had it fitted .The fitting is excellent and they were nice guys .We are in the stage of sorting the house out,so with 2-3 months we will need 2 new bedroom carpets and we will certainly be buying them from Phil and the team.We are very happy with the service fitting and professional attitude from all the staff. There was a very tricky staircase to measure and fit and what I did appreciate was the attitude that everything is doable, as there had been a few umms and ahhs from others. All mess cleaned up and carpets look amazing. Thank you team
